You can cancel your order before we are accepting the order. After that, we may not be able to cancel your order as we would have already started processing it.

We offer DTF printing and Silkscreen printing for our microfiber t-shirts. DTF printing is suitable for small quantity orders and multi-colour designs, while silkscreen printing is more cost-effective for larger quantity orders with single colour designs.

Yes, you can use your own design or logo for your t-shirt but make sure the design is in high resolution. Simply upload your design onto our online designer tool and you’re good to go.

Yes, we do offer discounts for bulk orders. For orders less than 500 pieces, our pricing is based on our standard price chart. However, if you would like to place a larger order of more than 500 pieces, please feel free to contact us directly to discuss pricing options.

Yes, we can provide a photo sample of your design on one t-shirt before printing the entire order. However, no more adjustment can be made if the design is printed correctly as per order made.

We do offer plain t-shirt samples for customers to purchase and review the material and quality before making a larger order.
